we have had a super great vacation and now you can hear about it. We actually went to London only in the last few days, because we were in Germany to see family most of the time. I might do a post on that later. Mom only took me, Golden and the two year old, (Blaise) and left the other three kids home with dad. we got a ton of souvenirs, though.
BTW, sorry this took so long to post. I was a bit busy in the past week.
I sadly couldn't take any of the dolls, they were too heavy and took up too much space.😢
So anyway, here's what we did in London on the first day.
*********************************************************************************
We took the train from Germany to London, and after that we took the tube to mom's friend (miss Anna)'s house.
We had a dinner of pizza, then crashed in the kids bedroom. It was the weekend, so her two kids, Alexi and Adela could come with us when we went out sight-seeing.
And my masterpiece, Pigeon.
Then we took a ferry, and got some good views.
then we took a bus, got lunch and took pictures in front of a particularly stanky phone booth.😝
then we went on the "cable cars," wich aparently go off the ground, unlike the ones in San Fransisco.
we went over the Thames, then got off. that's when Miss Anna and her kids went back home, and we walked to see Charles Dickens's house.
so we waited fifteen minutes more, and when the bus came we got on. then there was another hour drive back to the right part of town, and a loooooong walk through a shady creepy park, and up a seemingly endless neighborhood, till we finally got back at ten. yikes.

Are you guys excited for summer break? I know I am!
That night adventure sounded fun! But it would be a lot less fun when it's that late and you've already been walking around ALL DAY
ReplyDeleteit was fun, but very tiring. we spotted mom's dream car: an orange van with curtains in the middle.
